These terms apply to Aura Booth sessions, online and at fairs, provided by Chris Conway ("we"). Contact: chris@aura-booth.store.

For entertainment

Aura Booth is for entertainment purposes only. The measurements are real, and the colour and chakra meanings come from long-established spiritual traditions. They're offered for reflection and enjoyment, not as scientific fact. Nothing in a session or report is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. If you're worried about your health, please see a doctor.

Live Aura Photo Sessions (online)

• A session costs £25, paid when you book, and lasts about 15 minutes by video.
• Online sessions are for adults aged 18 or over.
• You'll need a device with a camera and microphone, a supported browser and a reasonable internet connection. Your session link is personal to you.
• Cancelling: cancel at least one day before your session for a full refund, using the link in your booking confirmation. Later cancellations and missed sessions aren't refunded, but just ask and we'll try to find you another time.
• If we have to cancel, or a technical problem on our side stops your session, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
• Because a session is booked for a specific date and time, the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.

Your keepsakes

Your aura photo, video, story picture and report are yours to keep and share for personal use. Please don't use Aura Booth branding commercially without asking.

Liability

We take care to run every session well. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on a session or report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use the courts where you live.
